Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Talent Management &
Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead system enhancements and develop business requirements for HR
systems
Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with reporting
requirements
Manage HR policies and procedures related to employee lifecycle
processes
Qualifications:
Proficiency with SAAS HRIS systems
Deep understanding of employee lifecycle processes and
procedures
Experience in HR Operations and managing a team
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and management
