OVERVIEWAs a Product Manager on the MarTech Team you will lead Jackson Family Wines through a Digital Transformation to enhance Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) sales. The Product Manager will help lead the team that implements, configures, and operates Jackson Family Wines' new commerce platform. Blending knowledge on current sales trends with progressive strategy and data analysis, you will help architect and implement technological and operational improvements that will drive exponential growth in DTC. This position can be remote.RESPONSIBILITIESYou will manage the day-to-day MarTech planning, development, approval, and deployment process to help drive develop and customize our Salesforce and integrated systems. This role will help us to maintain and further develop our existing Ecommerce programs with a focus on qualified customer database acquisition, lifecycle trigger programs and the evolution of segmentation & personalization strategies. This individual is a key contributor to driving sales, engagement, retention across multiple digital commerce channels and should be results-driven with exceptional attention to detail and knowledge of website metrics and ROI analysis. As this role is directly leading the advancements of our key direct-to-consumer experiences, it also contributes to our vision and growth the future of direct-to-consumer at Jackson Family Wines.

  • Work with the business owners and Senior Management to deliver against the product vision and strategy and ensure alignment with brand and company goals.
  • Apply design thinking and advocate for the end user, both external and internal.
  • Develop an actionable roadmap and manages the product portfolio.
    • Establish feature level requirements and acceptance criteria.
    • Define requirements at various levels of increasing granularity to build front-end consumer experiences and back-end business flows.
    • Provide approval for functional stories and requirements.
    • Partner with business owners and Subject Matter Experts to prioritize features and solutions and define product backlog.
    • Partner with internal technical teams and third-party integrations to solution and ensure project goals are met.
    • Communicate with Product Owners to understand progress on specific feature development and epics.
    • Monitor ongoing risks and escalates to Program Manager(s) when necessary.
    • Ensure proper communication and training of new features and benefits to internal end users.
    • Must have the ability to articulate and champion eCommerce and tasting room marketing best practices to insure best in class consumer experiences.
    • Passionate about consumer marketing and stays up to date with industry trends for tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
    • Understand CRM systems/data and effectively translate this knowledge into solutions that automate processes and increase our ability to dynamically personalize existing and prospect communications
    • A thorough understanding of the end-to-end consumer experience/journey, with ability to identify pain points, recommend solutions and identify overall gaps/seams in the broader consumer experience QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

      • Able to organize and prioritize workload while managing to deadlinesREQUIREMENTS
        • BS or BA required and minimum of 5-7 years of experience in managing DTC and/or Ecommerce systems
        • Prior experience in running complex projects with multiple stakeholder and deliverables
        • Previous experience leading teams and having direct reports required.
        • Solid communications/presentation skills and the ability to work in a fluid corporate work environment with multiple stakeholders
        • Understanding of eCommerce fundamentals with experience crafting consumer experiences across multiple digital touchpoints
        • Understanding of design best practices across desktop, mobile and tablet
        • Demonstrated success in managing high volume of system changes and priorities.
          • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Salesforce OMS, Salesforce Service Cloud, Exact Target/Salesforce Marketing Cloud
            • Previous experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Service Cloud preferred.
