Overview:
The Senior Program Manager manages the project office function of Endologix and facilitates cross functional projects. The position also establishes and maintains corporate project communication tools and works to ensure cross functional collaboration and effective project execution. The position may directly manage cross functional projects. Activities are largely self-managed.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Facilitate functional leadership project review meetings
  
• Facilitate establishing timelines and budgets for projects as chartered
  
• Monitor documentation maintenance throughout all phases of projects
  
• Coordinate activities with outside suppliers and consultants to ensure timely delivery, when required
  
• Interface with cross functional departments to coordinate cross-functional project activities.
  
• Communicate project status to management
  
• Identify hazards and mitigates risk associated with project scope and timelines
  
• May lead projects as required and assigned
  
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
  
  Qualifications
  Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • At least 5 years of working experience in medical device development or related fields
    
  • Bachelors in Engineering or related field
    
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
    
  • Experience managing programs across multiple sites and locations, and throughout the product development lifecycle
    
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of project management tools
    
  • Familiarity with the medical device industry, including knowledge of FDA and ISO GMP regulations, design control, design transfer, risk management, and change control processes
    
    Expected Base Salary: $128,000 - $178,000 (Compensation will be commensurate with experience and expertise.)
