Chief Human Resource Officer Service Area Santa Rosa , California This is an unparalleled opportunity for the Service Area Chief Human Resources Officer, Santa Rosa, to lead an HR team in the development and alignment of HR strategies consistent with business needs. Accountable for setting and ensuring high qualities and standards for HR service delivery. Serves as trusted advisor to executives. Provides solutions to complex or critical issues. Determines HR implications of changing business needs and recommends actions to be taken. Leads consulting efforts to achieve outcomes. Fosters an environment of continuous improvement by motivating, mentoring, and developing others. Demonstrate the capacity to strategically shape change, promote fiscal responsibility and integration of the core values while meeting the organization's strategies and objectives.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSThe Service Area Chief Human Resources Officer:Acts as strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior leaders of the local organization, ministry and/or community.Works collaboratively with shared services and centers of excellences to ensure a seamless, integrated HR experience for core leaders and caregivers.Develops and administers all labor relations activities and local strategies for assigned area. Coordinates/strategizes with Labor & Employment Counsel on local issues and response.Provides leadership, direction, coaching and development for direct reports.Influences and leads organizational change.Develops and implements caregiver (employee) experience strategies and tactics in alignment with System, Region and Ministry goals.Develops and administers all labor relations activities and local strategies for assigned area. Coordinates/strategizes with Labor & Employment Counsel on local issues and response.Coaches and counsels Senior Leadership on business, labor, and risk mitigation.IDEAL QUALIFICATIONSRequired experience/education for this position include:Bachelor's Degree, Business Administration, HR Management, or related field10 or more years of professional human resources or related experience8 years of leadership experienceAbility to analyze information, evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problemsStrong verbal communication and listening skillsExcellent collaboration and team building skillsDemonstrates excellent judgment and decision-making skillsVisionary HR leaderStrategic inclinationInfluence business strategiesUnderstands healthcare operations and financesOrganizational strategy and designIntegrate effectively across various healthcare settingsExcellent organizational, problem solving, planning, and leadership skillsExcellent oral and written communication and presentation skillsAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to interact with a wide variety of people and to develop relationshipsStrong knowledge and experiential base in advancing HR strategiesStrong knowledge and experiential base in healthcare operations and systemsAbility to process information and adapt quickly to a changing healthcare environmentConduct multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of regulatory standards from different regulatory agencies.Preferred experience/education for this position include:Professional HR Certification (SHRM/HRCI/AIHR)Master's Degree, Business Administration, HR Management, or related field.About ProvidenceAt Providence, our strength lies in Our Promise of "Know me, care for me, ease my way."
