Learn more about our benefits . As a Mechanical Engineer, you’ll
leverage your strong foundation in physics, mathematics, and
materials science to process and resolve mechanical problems,
design and implement custom mechanical tooling and associated
processes, and enable the handling, assembly, and disassembly of
parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies throughout
the product life cycle. You'll be responsible for designing,
developing, and modifying mechanical engineering layouts,
schematics, and specifications. You will oversee manufacturing and
installation processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards
and regulations and you'll coordinate the procurement and assembly
of mechanical components and equipment for design projects,
identifying sources of critical parts and subsystems to resolve
technical issues. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and
optimize gas box systems for semiconductor manufacturing. Ensure
compliance with industry standards (e.g., SEMI, ASME, NFPA).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Process
engineers, System engineers, NPME, GPS, TPS, Lab Ops, Buyers, OEM
manufacturers and local machine shops. Conduct failure analysis and
implement design improvements. Conduct Concept, Detailed and Final
Design reviews. Support installation, testing, and troubleshooting
of gas delivery systems. Submit Product Change Request based on
customer requests. Review and Approve Engineering Change Request,
Supplier Problem Sheet. Review and Approve Cap Code Request for new
gas configuration on new shipment. Initiate Supplier Collaboration
Vault for protype and/or lab support designs Collaborate with
Component Engineering on new Product Developments (MFC,
pneumatic/hybrid/manual valve, filter, regulator, Flow Ratio
Controller, Integrate Mass Flow Specification). Identify Key
Qualifications & Skills Education: Master's in Mechanical
Engineering / Bachelor’s Experience: 5 years in semiconductor gas
delivery systems. Technical Skills: Mechanical Design &
Engineering. Proficiency in CAD software (NX/SolidWorks/ AutoCAD).
Knowledge of fluid dynamics, gas compatibility, Macro Flow and gas
flow control. Familiarity with high-purity gas systems, and
components including pneumatic valves, hybrid/manual valves,
regulators, filters, ev manifolds, pressure switch Understanding of
safety protocols for hazardous gases. Functional Knowledge
Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized
discipline or field Business Expertise Interprets internal/external
business challenges and recommends best practices to improve
products, processes or services Leadership May lead functional
teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or
complexity Problem Solving Leads others to solve complex problems;

No The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on
multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related
knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal
equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive
benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of
compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award
program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary
range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is
the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal
