Providing second line of support for technical and operational issues. Understand and refine business and functional requirements. Provide ongoing development and maintenance of existing application functionality, working closely with support teams. Collaborate in a multi-office, multi-country environment. Communicate technology decisions, issues, and plans to senior team members. Deliver high client service through responsiveness and accuracy.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field, with 3 years of relevant experience.
