For more information, please visit As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be a key member of the DevOps and Security teams, maintaining and improving core infrastructure for building, deploying, and operating our hosted and on-prem solutions. You will partner with Product Managers and Engineers to solve the technical challenges of our machine learning technology and contribute in discovery, design, and implementation of solutions to improve infrastructure as well as the build and release pipelines. Ultimately, you will transform the CI/CD pipeline to meet deployment needs while making it efficient and resilient.Role Responsibilities - How You Will Make an Impact

• Own and manage cloud infrastructure (EKS, AKS) including production clusters
• Drive usability improvements and enhance the efficiency of the continuous build and release processes
• Implement and manage security measures to protect customer data and monitor networks and systems in partnership with the security team
• Improve system observability to support rapid iteration and maintain service stability
• Establish a foundation for an SRE function
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software and infrastructureTechnical Skills - Need to Have (Required)
  • 10+ years experience with AWS and/or Azure
  • 10+ years experience with Python
  • 3+ years experience with Kubernetes
  • 3+ years experience with Linux Systems Administration and Bash/Linux scripting
  • Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Jenkins)
  • Strong understanding of cloud networking, TCP/IP, DNS, IAM
  • Experience with Containerization (Build & Release optimization), DataStore, Redis, and GPU workloads
  • Ability to understand others' code and to write your own for automation tasks
  • Experience providing technical leadership of DevOps teamsNice to Have:
    • Experience with GitOps (ArgoCD, FluxCD, Helm templating)
    • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Cloudformation, or Pulumi)
    • Experience with Monitoring, Tracing & Alerting (Opentelemetry, Prometheus, Datadog, New Relic)The annual cash compensation range for this position is US $180,000 to US $230,000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.Primer works closely with the U.S. defense and intelligence establishment.
