For 30 years our projects have encompassed a wide variety of transportation, water, wastewater, drainage, financing assistance and contract engineering for cities, counties, special districts, architects, universities and governmental agencies.
Junior Civil Engineer
Coastland seeks a qualified Junior Civil Engineer. The candidate will be familiar with AutoCAD Civil 3D and have a desire to grow professionally. Responsibilities will include CAD design and support on a variety of municipal projects including transportation, water and wastewater capital improvements.
Essential Job Duties:
2+ years of civil engineering experience, preferably on municipal capital project design projects.
Junior Civil Engineer: 1+ year of civil engineering internship or relevant experience.
Able to work in a collaborative environment and interact with staff, clients and government agencies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Civil Engineering or related field.
Knowledge of AutoCAD Land Desktop or Civil 3D; MS Office and Excel
ssistant Civil Engineer: Engineer-In-Training (EIT) Certificate and 2+ years of civil
