JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for someone with a minimum of 4 to 5 years' of experience in designing Electrical systems on applications ranging from highend residential, large commercial projects, wineries, etc. As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for working on projects from client inception until construction document delivery. Our perfect candidate is crazy about electrical design and can handle working on projects from A to Z.We are looking for someone who has a thirst for learning, wants to work as part of team, can work independently on tasks when needed, is looking to grow their experience, enjoys a good work life balance and will be a good addition to our team and office culture.Electrical Design Engineer Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 to 5 years' experience in electrical design in MEP
  • Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or higher or equivalent experience
  • PE is a plus, but not required
  • Proficiency in Revit & CAD
  • Designing full electrical systems, including power, lighting from SD to CD level
  • Electrical load analysis for stages of design; including fault current and arc flash analysis
  • Manage quality of work
  • Strong writing & communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Understanding design codes & design standardsExperience:
    • AutoCAD: 4 years (Required)
