Job Description Job Description We are looking for a dedicated
Customer Service Representative to join our team in San Francisco,
California. This is a contract position where you will play a
crucial role in providing exceptional customer support to business
owners across various industries. The role involves working
in-office Monday through Friday and may include flexible eight-hour
shifts. Responsibilities: • Manage a high volume of inbound calls,
ensuring prompt and attentive communication with business owners. •
Collect, record, and process detailed business and risk information
accurately during live interactions. • Identify unique or complex
cases, escalate issues as needed, and document findings to improve
operational processes. • Collaborate with teams to support sales,
service, and AI-driven initiatives by providing actionable
insights. • Utilize MacOS, Slack, and Adobe Acrobat Pro effectively
to manage daily tasks and communications. • Adapt to extended work
hours or overtime when required to meet business needs. • Maintain
a high level of efficiency in a fast-paced environment. • Ensure
customer inquiries are resolved promptly while maintaining high
service standards. • Support bilingual communication in Spanish
when needed, enhancing accessibility and customer satisfaction. •
Proven ability to handle high volumes of inbound insurance calls in
a customer service or call center environment. • Excellent typing
speed and multitasking capabilities to manage simultaneous
responsibilities. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and
written, with a detail-oriented approach. • Availability to work
flexible hours, including potential overtime. • Familiarity with
MacOS, Slack, and Adobe Acrobat Pro to navigate systems
effectively. • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred but
not required. • Demonstrated ability to identify and escalate
complex issues appropriately. • Experience in capturing and
processing detailed business information accurately.
