Position Details:

Position: Claims Representative

Location: Santa Rosa,CA - 95407

Length: temp to perm

Pay Range: $13.00+ per hour, based upon experience.

Responsibilities for this Claims Representative:

-Answer inbound customer calls regarding new and existing service requests

- Assist in understanding and evaluating warranty coverage

- Process claims for homeowners and assist with warranty coverage inquiries

- Create work items from Claims and/or work orders

- Cancel or re-open claims or work orders

- Provide homeowners with all relevant information pertaining to the contract, claims or work order.

-Handle various dispatch activities

-Resolve homeowner and contractor scheduling conflicts

Qualifications

-Must be available to work between the hours 7am - 7pm.

-Must be available to work weekdays and at least 1 weekend day.

-High School Diploma or Equivalent

-2+ years Customer Service experience in a call center environment.

-Good listening, verbal and written communication skills

-Proven customer service skills

-Good organizational skills with the ability to multi task , prioritize and follow up

-Ability to overcome objections.

-Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills.

-Good stress tolerance.

-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

-Assessments may be associated with the hiring process
