We are currently seeking an Office Coordinator that has a
positive attitude, the ability to deal with challenges in a calm
and professional manner, and can work well under pressure. The
ideal candidate will be providing outstanding customer service
while assisting in Administrative duties.
? Answer all incoming calls and direct to appropriate person or
? Handle all customer inquiries.
? Return all voicemails, manage multiple email accounts and respond
as needed to customer.
? Greet all customers.
? Resolve customer complaints efficiently and courteously.
? Other duties may be assigned
? Minimum 2 years? experience.
? Exceptional customer service skills.
? Strong organizational skill, and ability to multi-task.
? Excellent work ethic and positive attitude.
? Strong detail oriented skills is a must!
? Proficient in MS office.
