Oakland office to s upport K-12 school districts, community
colleges, and county education offices across the state. This is

Tackle: Full-cycle litigation, including depositions, discovery,
motions, and hearings Public contracting, real estate, and
construction-related matters Defense of tort, personal injury, and
dangerous condition claims Complex legal challenges facing

communities Compensation and Benefits: Salary Range: $160,000 to
$195,000 DOE Quarterly Bonuses: $5,000 to $20,000 for meeting
billable goals Annual Bonuses: $1,000 for every 10 hours over 1800,
up to $40,000 Medical, Dental, Vision: Robust plans with employer

Bar member in good standing Strong civil litigation experience
