Job Number: 2175505Job Title: Controller Location: Santa Rosa Compensation: $50-$65 an hour Job Summary: A local non-profit client of ours is looking for a Controller for the following 6-9 months. This role is responsible for overseeing 1 bookkeeper and managing all financials. This is a 32 hr. a week hybrid role. Job Title Responsibilities:

• Oversee all functions of accounting department
• Review AP/AR, billing, payroll, and general ledger
• Forecasting, budgeting, job costing and financial reporting
• Management of all accounting staff
• Review and update systems and technology for greater efficiency
• Reporting financials to Board
• Prepare monthly financial statements and summaries
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of month-end closing activities
• Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting in compliance with GAAP standards
• Gather data for financial auditsJob Title Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
