Position Title: RN Clinical Documentation Specialist Work Location : Santa Rosa, CA Shift: 5 8 NightsDays Shift Schedule: 8am-4:30pm Contract Duration: 13 weeks License: CA RN License Certification Requirement: BLS COVID vaccinations and booster required, flu vaccination required. • Acute hospital, Joint Commission - all standards for acute care hospitals, accrediting bodies. Job Description: Documentation, rounding, meeting compliance standards presenting once a month at medical staff quality meeting, and regulatory monthly meeting, take meeting minutes respond to all survey activities We are seeking a detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Clinical Documentation Reviewer. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure accurate and compliant clinical documentation within our healthcare facility.
